Hyundai Rotem trains to be produced in Uzbekistan
Hyundai Rotem intends to launch production of electric trains in Uzbekistan. Negotiations were held at Transport Ministry. Earlier, the contract was signed with the Korean company to supply six trains for new Tashkent-Khiva high-speed line.

Tashkent Metro sees 33.5% increase in passenger traffic in 5 months
Between January and May, the Tashkent Metro transported 68.5 million passengers. Compared to the same period last year, passenger traffic increased by 33.5%. May saw the highest passenger traffic with 15.8 million passengers.
